Kirkland Heat and Air has provided excellent service for the 52 rental units I have owned in Dekalb and Cobb Counties for the last 15 years. They have always delivered quality service in a responsive and courteous manner.
About four winters ago I had the entire heat and air system in my personal residence changed out by a well known and reputable HVAC Company in Atlanta. The following summer the new system caused a serious high humidity problem throughout my house. Mold began forming around all of the vents throughout the entire house. After a series of service call by the installer it became clear they could not solve the problem and in fact they were insisting the problem was not the result of the new system they had installed. I call John and Chris to see if they could help. The next day they came to my house, contacts the technical department of the manufacturer of the equipment and completely resolved the problem.

If there were EVER a guy who deserves a good review, it's Mr. Kirkland. Mr. Kirkland is an old timer who runs a small HVAC shop in Dallas, GA. He's about as honest and straightforward a guy as you'll ever hope to find. He's been my HVAC guy for about 6 years now and has proven himself to be reliable and hardworking. I had him out here several times in the past to fix various problems I've had and he has ALWAYS done me right. In addition, he's just a nice old guy you can't help but like. He bends over backwards to fix the little problems we've had and I've NEVER felt like he's trying to gouge me. I only wish every place I dealt with had a Mr. Kirkland running the show. The world would be a better place.

You installed a 100,000 BTU furnace for me at 2574 Irene Drive where my son and his family live. Both my son and his wife have a terminal illness and are having a very hard tiem, as well as putting a hardship on me. Because I did not have the twelve hundred Dollars ($1200.00) to pay, you did it for charity. Words can not express how greatly appreciated it is by the children and myself.

I hope God will two fold you for this wonderful generous charity in some great way and I pray God will always bless you and the guys.
